North Sydney CBD Public Domain Strategy 


When the Victoria Cross Metro Station opens in 2024 North Sydney CBD will be one of the most accessible business districts in Sydney. North Sydney Council is plans to build more public space, pedestrian laneways and other changes.


Changes near us:

  • Pg 30   Transport interchange on Berry St
  • Pg 60   Berry Square upgrade
  • Pg 65  The Central laneway will turn Denison, Mount, Hill, Spring and Little Spring Sts into pedestrian or shared zones.  
  • Pg 76  Berry St returns to two-way traffic


Western Harbour Tunnel & Warringah Freeway Upgrade - Approved


Transport NSW has approved this project which will build a new way to cross the harbour plus a faster, direct route to the inner west, and return.
