Here are the applicable bylaws for our building (Strata Plan 74602).  They reference the original building entity of Beau Monde - longtime owners and residents will recognise this name.

The original Beau Monde building has been divided into residential and commercial entities.  These documents are the current bylaws. When the new entity is registered the documents below will be updated to show ‘The Alexander Apartments’.
